Team PSHR are absolutely delighted to have been highly commended by the CIPD at this years’ CIPD People Management Awards. We were shortlisted for the HR Consultancy of the Year and up against some big hitters! Although we didn’t quite get the top spot, we were awarded a high commendation for the case study, presentation and interview we submitted.
MGS were on board so that we could use them as an example of the work we do with our clients who need to go through a major change. Over the course of a year PSHR worked with and supported MGS to increase morale and productivity, reduce sickness absences, staff turnover and customer complaints. This was achieved by gaining an understanding of the culture, planning for the future, keeping staff involved, defining the Company’s core values and monitoring and measuring success.
PSHR are so proud of this achievement, especially due to the difficult circumstances that the Covid pandemic has thrown at us. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to celebrate in the usual way as the awards ceremony was virtual this year, but our Directors, Paula and Emma, will be opening a bottle of bubbly this evening!
