Paula is passionate about HR, adding value to businesses of all sizes and is proactive in evolving the people plans to align with the aims and goals of the business.
During Emma’s 15-year career in training and HR she has developed a keen interest in working with growing SME’s. Emma is able to effectively collaborate with company leaders to ensure they retain their culture and produces HR solutions which are the foundations for growth.
Emma is hugely enthusiastic about all aspects of working with people and aims to create positive and innovative people management improvements which align with her clients’ strategy and values. Because Emma is working with businesses large and small, and within a variety of industries and locations she is able to use her experience to create bespoke solutions which makes a positive difference to her clients.

Carla joined the team towards the end of 2018, having worked in the hospitality sector for over 15 years.
Carla’s experience spans across staff training, line management, customer service, administration and management support. She is very much client focused, with a passion to deliver the best service possible and has a keen eye for detail.
Since joining PSHR, Carla has gained vast knowledge and experience with the online HR system which enables her to assist clients the best way possible with this valuable resource. Carla also looks after our Apprentices and is working towards attaining her CIPD qualification.
Carla has previous experience in care home management and is very interested in mental health and well- being.
Carla is our resident sports person; a keen runner (a London Marathon finisher), who also loves football and is learning to play golf.
Charlotte joined the team in 2019 bringing valuable experience having worked for Suffolk Constabulary where she provided high quality HR advice, guidance and support. Charlotte is very passionate and enthusiastic about working with people. She particularly enjoys developing and delivering training and coaching to improve knowledge and effectiveness to achieve successful outcomes. Charlotte has experience managing large teams within organisations and has valuable practitioner experience. As well as prioritising and managing deadlines effectively she also has a flexible approach to problem solving. Charlotte is very proud of her excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In 2018 Charlotte was awarded and had industry recognition for highlighting the work of Suffolk Constabulary. Charlotte was a finalist for Proud to Service Suffolk award for Leadership; she was identified as an inspirational leader, demonstrating good communication skills across all levels. During Charlotte’s 15 year career within Suffolk Constabulary she won numerous awards including a Chief Constable Commendation award.
Charlotte belongs to a Boxing Gym and loves exercise stating its good for the soul!!
Fay joined the team in October 2019 bringing enthusiasm to the new role of Apprentice. Fay completed her A levels in June 2019 and is looking forward to taking on a new challenge in the world of work. Having studied Business, Law and Finance, she is perfectly suited for this role. She will be taking on many areas of office admin as well as a lead role in developing PSHR’s social media presence.
Fay is extremely sociable and enjoys meeting new people.
Joanne has been part of the team since early 2018, bringing almost 20 years’ generalist experience in the HR field as a people manager, adviser and consultant. Her experience spans small to large organisations and within a wide range of industries including education, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, motor retail and the leisure industry.
Joanne has extensive generalist experience in managing acquisitions and disposals, organisational restructuring and redundancies and employee engagement, with experience at one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.
Joanne lives in Suffolk with her young family and enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit and regularly takes part in charity events.
