Joanne joined the team in early 2018, bringing almost 20 years’ generalist experience in the HR field as a people manager, advisor and consultant. Her experience spans small to large organisations and within a wide range of industries including education, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, motor retail and the leisure industry.
Joanne has extensive generalist experience in managing acquisitions and disposals, organisational restructuring and redundancies and employee engagement, with experience at one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.
Joanne lives in Suffolk with her young family and enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit and regularly takes part in charity events.
